Wednesday, April 21, 2021 - Really like this cab. Decanted for 30 min. The nose has heavy hints of cedar and black cherry. The front of the palate hits you with a sweet black cherry before acidity and tannins take over. This wine would be perfectly paired with a heavy red meat dish. This wine will be good for many years to come.
