Wednesday, January 6, 2016 - Decanted at the restaurant for only about 30 minutes but left in the decanter over the course of the evening. Wonderful typical Cab nose of black currant, wet stone and spice followed by a palate with bountiful dark fruit, good acidity, mineral, and spices. Not overblown or chocolaty or sweet. A very well balanced delicious wine. There was plenty of sediment so I was glad for the decanting.
