Saturday, January 22, 2022 - J’avais besoin d’un gros vin pour mon faux filet et ce pahlmeyer 2008 est parfait. 14 ans dans le corp mais il commence peine à s’ouvrir. Du gros fruit, des tannins fondus mais l’élevage encore perceptible. Il va assurément encore se bonifier. La prochaine dans 5-10 ans !
