Thursday, August 4, 2011 - Vanilla, mineral and citrus nose. Green apple, citrus, spice and a touch of creme brulee. Creamy texture and a tart finish. The weight of the fruit leaves little doubt that this is from California. But the minerality and acidity provide perfect balance. This is very well made. A great match for this evening's maple glazed pork chops.
