Sunday, November 20, 2011 - Wonderful, classic California chardonnay. A bit of oak, wonderfully rich and luscious fruit, glycerin and vanilla/caramel. Wonderful in the palette, and a rich after taste. Enjoyed with chicken piccata (lemon, capers) and also a piquant noodle dish with prawns sweet peppers and chilis. Enjoy this wine with rich foods like salmon. A muscular, but loveable wine.
