Wednesday, June 6, 2012 - Beautiful color green/straw. Not show much sign of age and really in a nice drinking window. A great balance between richness and freshness. Sea salt air and lemon curd on the nose with good rich mouthfeel. Solid acidity. Will likely not see much improvement in the bottle.
