Tuesday, October 1, 2013 - Real Burgundian feel. Excellent depth of flavour, with lemon, melon and peach. Long finish, and transformation to creamy, smoky flavours at the end. This is a good balance between the structure and minerality of Chassagne, and the lush creany hedonism of California
