Saturday, June 6, 2015 - Our keen tennis friends visited to watch the French Open so we popped open four bottles to pass the time. One of only a handful of classified wines in Bordeaux making both white and red, we think this is a spectacular expression of how good Sauvignon Blanc can be when blended with Semillon! Creamy and a touch toasty, it paired exceedingly well with our crab and lobster, which we lightly dressed with olive oil. Wow!
