Friday, October 2, 2015 - Young yet delicious. Very white Bordeaux (wax, vanilla, almonds), yet showing more depth and structure than is the norm for all but the top estates. There's some serious dry extract here. Drinkable now, but this could go for 20 years if it avoids premox. Yum.
