Sunday, January 19, 2020 - Mature white bordeaux, 80% sauv blanc, 20% semillon.
Beeswax on the nose and upfront, melon and mild fruits on the palate, with a spine of acidity providing structure on the back end. Nuanced, refreshing, engaging, refined, great with food.
