Wednesday, March 14, 2018 - I agree with the note below from my Albany dining companion kenv below. Opened and decanted. First sip at 2.5 hours after decanting. A very smooth wine. Wow. After 3 hours, I was tasting a bit of a tang, which I didn't care for. This was the last of 3 bottles, and the lowest rated. You can hold onto to this wine.
