Saturday, April 2, 2022 - Dinner at the Papies (The Papies, Elizabeth St, London): Opened and left to open up in the bottle but we should have decanted.
Another magnificent show ( Especially following the misfiring 1996 we opened earlier Papies NR) , soft smoky. dark fruited, light herby and with sot spice. Elegance and class in a bottle and worthy once again of the hype. 95-96 and with good life ahead.
