Tuesday, November 11, 2014 - Complex nose of lime, pineapple, honey and riesling character. Power and weight on the palate with fruit, minerality and acidity in a good mix. The acidity is already a bit rounded and not at all as sharp as I had expected. Finishes with a bit of heat, and a slight touch of bitterness.
