Friday, March 30, 2018 - Lots of smoke and Asian soy, hoisin. Soft red cherry spice. Expressive, leaning tertiary. Red clay. Red berry fruit is drying up a bit. Spicy. Another very impressive showing and drinking at peak, maybe a bit past. Had another bottle from this case two years ago and recall that it was excellent, notwithstanding no notes.
