Thursday, October 29, 2015 - Attempt to use Corivan machine which failed and pushed cork through into the bottle. Then poured entire bottle into decanter which then I allowed to air for 1:30-1:45 hours before consumption. This wine at first has instant notes of minerals and graphite, very heavy tannins with a light finish of mixed fruit. It enhanced with my meal.
