Friday, February 6, 2009 - Wildman Tasting and Dinner (Knightsbridge - Northbrook IL): Red cherry and cherry liqueur on nose with great spice and floral elements. Black and red cherry on palate along with roasted meat flavors and great spice, then lots of oak. Lots of structure provide power and energy on a very long finish, which emphasizes the concentrated fruits today.
