Friday, April 13, 2018 - Coche-Dury and Domaine Rousseau Dinner (RPM Steak - Chicago IL): Hard as nails to start, so we gave this an hour in a decanter, then served following the 1989/ 1993 pairing. Dense and meaty, like the older vintages just tasted, but backward. Better to cellar for another decade, 92-93+ point potential.
