Monday, March 21, 2011 - I brought this wine to dinner, it was chilled just right. I wish I could have spent more time with the wine, as I am noting this on recall, rather than written note. I recall it reminding me a bit of the Chidaine Choisilles, in that it had that nice limey note laid over the good acidity and medium frame. If anything, the acids were a bit higher and the texture a bit more focused. I have two left, I'll spend more time on the next bottle, along with tasting it with a day or more of air.
