Tuesday, July 5, 2022 - Haunts me, even on day after. A golden yellow color (my picture does not do it justice) that looks young but smells of honey and butterscotch. Not a giant nose but wonderful. On taste, there is a balance of acidity and oak, tasting fruit with a mouthfeel that just lingers way beyond the initial taste. Even a day later, I can taste it. (I have a feeling that is the semillon.) No flaws due to age and I would be interested in tasting even older vintages.
