Wednesday, December 9, 2020 - Brick red, fading rim. Light, raspberry nose. Medium weight, fragrant, delicate. Better an hour after opening. Fading, so drink up. Best with fine foods - strong flavours would swamp it. At its best with cheese and biscuits.
