Thursday, August 19, 2010 - I'm a big fan of Rémizières Hermitage Cuvée Émilie. This '96 was singing beautifully. I paired it with rib-eye steaks and it came alive. Blood, graphite, damp earth, and sweet black fruits came jumping out. The tannins have softened considerably. I really liked this and am thankful that I have 4 left.
