Sunday, January 22, 2012 - Very disappointed in this Champagne - very poorly made. This ran out of beads within 30 mins. Nose is overpowered with yeast which masked other potential secondary aromas. Also a bit flabby for a BdB. This was disgorged in Oct 2010 - my guess is that it's over the hill already.
