Monday, May 1, 2017 - Golden yellow. Honeyed apricot in nose. Ripe peach and apricot fruit layered on an intensely acidic finish. I've been impress with my last couple of '09 Prager's ability to effortlessly combine ripe fruit and laser focused acidity in the same package.
