Golden yellow. Honeyed apricot in nose. Ripe peach and apricot fruit layered on an intensely acidic finish. I've been impress with my last couple of '09 Prager's ability to effortlessly combine ripe fruit and laser focused acidity in the same package.

This bottle was off the chart yummy. Apples with a slight bit of honey. I wouldn't be afraid to decant this, as it could use the air and there is a reasonable amount of sugary sediment that needs to be avoided. A perfect sipping wine, that is long on backbone and not too overly sweet. Very concentrated.

Green, green apples. Tart. Crisp and clear, but green....I would wait another few years on this. Not nearly as approachable as the 07, maybe this could be a good thing? Not as sweet either, which leaves me to believe that this will end up on the much dryer side in 5+ years. Try again in two years

Opened at BellyQ with various appetizers. Aroma had a nice sweetness to it, which came through initially on the palate. It had some stone fruit to it as well as a bit of lychee. Finish was completely different, with a tartness from green apple coming through.
