As already mentioned, green apple really hits out on the nose, it's still fairly steely, stony and chalky, but after some time in the glass, the richer tropical and peach notes start to dominate. The acidity still really bites on the palate with bright apricot and stone fruit, with an undertone of vanilla and oak and a lingering citrusy finish. Concentrated but not complicated, very enjoyable. ****
