Monday, February 12, 2018 - Tasted after it has been popped 20 minutes. Bubbles here are pretty small, but the effervescence was medium+ at best. This one has a lot of good strawberry and a note of kirsch here that I couldn't shake. Some nuttiness towards the back, more of a walnut kind of note as the wine dried in the finish. The power of this wine is there, as the notes are very present and right in your face, but the structure of this bottle was a little strange.
