Saturday, June 13, 2009 - my last bottle of the '04.
initially served too cold; this bottle took a long time to reveal itself, unlike a few years ago. after about 2 hours, and at a much higher temperature (16 degr. celsius) the nose finally revealed the "usual" and exquisite Tempier rosepetal dried flowers, medium bodied with good acidity. When drunk too cold the wine gives merely a "flat" impression.
