Saturday, May 28, 2016 - Very pale yellow. Floral nose of apple, pear and lime. Creamy apple and peach on the palate, well balanced by acids. Pleasing, lengthy finish. A bit sweeter than I would prefer, but a nice wine, nonetheless.
