Tuesday, February 3, 2015 - Deg 02-2014 so almost no post disgorgement age - but damn good anyway! This was really a positive surprise. Very reshing and not overly acidic. Like 7-up for adults, with more spice and complexity.. This was really excellent with Spaghetti Cabonada.
