Monday, September 21, 2020 - Similar to previous (re-tasted, via Coravin). Mostly like apple juice, with buttery notes, with a very mild alcoholic taste. Still a bit pleasant. I remain quite convinced of this being quite over-oxidized. If not, I'd perhaps rate this as 55–60.
