Similar to previous (re-tasted, via Coravin). Mostly like apple juice, with buttery notes, with a very mild alcoholic taste. Still a bit pleasant. I remain quite convinced of this being quite over-oxidized. If not, I'd perhaps rate this as 55–60.

Drank too late. Overoxidized: apple juice in both colour and taste, with some slight carbonation. Still has some nice buttery notes, but tastes off, with overoxidized apple notes dominating.

Really getting into Riesling more and more, and this is a great example from Niagara that will be even better in a few more years (perhaps the Wine Spectator's first 90 point Canadian wine?) - Gold, medium bodied with a nose of apple, pear, peach, slight petrol and diesel, excellent structure, balance and complexity, fruit, then changing to other mineralic notes, off dry, yet dry on the finish with excellent length, nice!! (90 Points).

Has lots of petrol notes of a well aged reisling but has lost a lot of its former brightness and bite... drink now.

An acidic wine with a apple, lemon, and even green pepper notes. A solid well made wine.

Lemon, granny smith apple and an acidic backbone. Good fruit and the good amount of acidity keep this lively on the palate.
