Monday, August 31, 2015 - PnP, I wish I would have waited. The last glass was better than the first. It took a couple hours until the fruit really started to come out. Paired with aged Gouda, worked well with the Syrah/Merlot blend. I will hold the next bottle for a couple years or so.
