Saturday, September 16, 2023 - I think 20 years and up is the perfect aging to drink DP in top vintages at least in my book. Delicious bottle with light golden yellow color, lots of concentration, tiny vivacious bubbles. Wonderful on the nose with evolved notes of golden yellow apples, brioche, apricots, pineapples, honeycomb, jasmines, with rich flavors mid palate and superb buttery finish. That's as good as champagne should get.
