Saturday, May 18, 2019 - Q2 2019 Tasting - Alsatian White Varietals (The Apt): Lean and mean and still with some toasty and somehow overall just a bit easy which doesn't totally make sense to me for '02 Champagne and esp not '02 DP. It is missing some of the pizazz though that I associate with DP. I think it's just a producer that really needs some extra age.
