Friday, November 5, 2021 - Thank you Leo! Served and instantly lapped up at Siggy's fabulous 50th B'day Celebration at Spoon & Stable. Fortunately, I scored a small pour before it evaporated 5 minutes later. With 33 of us present, I count myself lucky! '02 Dom is one of my all time favorite Champagnes, bar none. Too bad a couple more of these didn't show up :). Likely a higher score in my glass of choice with a bigger pour.
