Saturday, November 12, 2011 - Another Saturday at Knightsbridge - mostly blind (Northbrook, IL): Dense black fruit on the nose with some ripe and candied character. A bit more subtle on the palate, still ripe, but with a bit of red cherry coming through middle to finish. Nicely structured, a bit firm today. All the raw materials seem quite good but I'd give this a few years to better integrate.
