Decanted for a couple of hours, this is definitely on the broader side for Mugnier, but it's remarkable what he can do with the southern end of Nuits St. George as the purity of fruit is lovely. This will never have the deft touch of his Chambolle, but it's a lovely wine and remains a great "value" in Burgundy, which is usually open fairly young. This was also pretty good the following day.
