Saturday, February 22, 2020 - Pretty 24k gold color. Lemon curd and carrot cake and dried apricots with a touch of marzipan from the oxidation on the nose. Notes of intense lemon zest, orange marmalade, and a very creamy body amidst laser-focused acids that somehow manage to co-exist.
