Monday, December 2, 2013 - MNF Dinner at Tommy's (Vancouver, BC): Wow...what a beautiful nose. Classic Bordeaux fruit with a nice perfume and cedar. Soft and smooth on the palate with a rich and lengthy finish. Solid acidity balanced out the soft and smooth texture and gives a nice lifting sensation. This is drinking really well right now. Outstanding.
