Friday, June 29, 2018 - First:
after screwing the cork..
NOSE: lovely plum yam,Madeiran Oak Smell, barnyard, Foest... dark berries
TASTE: not yet open, but lovely for the first sight / Taste
but: not really open

After 12-15 hours of decanting:
but also beginning from the 5th hour on

this wine shows it´s superbness, wonderfull
knittet tigether in ripeness, frutiness, alchohol and finesse

TASTE: like in the first sight just the Nose bit now also in the Mouth
lovely plum yam,Madeiran Oak Smell, barnyard, Foest... dark berries
and more: charcoal, lacrize ... and dark chocolate ..

this wine show´s from now on more complexity
