Monday, June 2, 2014 - cellared at 55 degrees since release. perfect cork small tartrate. Deep dark blood red with long legs.
Decanted with minimal aeration and consumed over 3 hours.
Nose of rhubarb and cassis with touches of cherry. secondary notes of cedar and white pepper.
Good jammy dark red fruit with dense overripe cherry with some faint very slight raisiny notes with a frame of faint cigarbox spices.
Medium body with good smooth mouth coating tannins
Moderate finish
