Tuesday, July 12, 2011 - A very good Rosé. Deep pink with copper hue. Lovely nose with iodine notes like see breeze with fresh cherry and raspberry. Light toast. Pretty similar on the palate with a great balance. It could almost be an extra brut.
Really enjoyed this one and I think it will be even better with a few more years.
