Wednesday, June 14, 2017 - A solid Rose Champagne with lots of flowers, strawberries and a hint of spices on the nose. Lovely to drink. The acidity is more on a lower level, which in this case I really like. Medium body but always with enough freshness to go down easily. Not super dry.
