Wednesday, December 23, 2020 - Pale salmon/copper color. Very aromatic on the nose with bright red fruit and citrus notes along with some floral aromas and a bit strawberry candy. Similar flavors on the palate with fresh strawberry and citrus peel and a bit of saline minerality. Good acidity. This was all about purity and fruit and hardly any toast, yeast or autolytic notes. Some may want more of that in a champagne but I really enjoyed this and would definitely rebuy.

12/24/2020 9:51:00 AM - Rich, this is a really great find for another "value" Rosé Champagne. If you have not tried this producer's cuvee 1911 it's worth the increased price to check out.
