Thursday, July 29, 2010 - {screwcap, 12.5%, A$13} Pale straw, some green. Intense, youthful nose of lemon, lanolin and wax. The palate is lovely and dense, with those same thick waxy flavours, as though the grapeskins themselves are somehow pulped into the wine. Definitely medium-bodied, with a solid front and middle palate, there's some acid to keep it going for the short term, although the finish is a little short. Unusual and attractive. Drink over 3 years.
