Monday, July 29, 2019 - Double decanted at 3 pm. Pulled the cork again at 6 pm. We didn't taste it until 9 pm. Could have used even more air. When the cork was first pulled there was a lot of VA. Even at 9 pm there was still some acetone notes. Kind of weird. Not something I wanted to drink a lot of for sure. Interesting to taste for educational purposes. I have one left Not sure when I should open it or how long I should decant it before trying it.....
