Saturday, July 21, 2012 - Color is medium garnet, transparent and limpid. Nose has a very nice floral lift, along fresh plum, dark cherries and some vegetal and lactic notes. Palate is medium bodied at most, but very flavorful with fresh plum, licorice, earthy spice and dark cherry. Good balance between slightly coarse grained tannins, acidity and fruit. Alcohol although at 13,5% shows a little. Very enjoyable light bodied but aromatic Chianti Classico Riserva.
