Saturday, October 25, 2014 - Slow-oxd in the bottle for half an hour, followed by another half hour in the glass. The high acidity and firm structure of the wine suggests to me that it is just entering its drinking window - possibly even 1 or 2 years off its peak. Agree with the description provided by the previous reviewer - but I don't think there's a raging hurry to drink it. Nice entry level chianti that may open up and improve with a little more time.
