Wednesday, April 22, 2015 - Black licorice, cough syrup, pepper, menthol, spice. Hot but clean, slightly higher acid than expected at this point. Finish lingers in the mouth, slightly grippy tannins. Good Aussie Syrah, different than any other Clarendon wine I've had. Nice wine, not sure I'd buy again.
