Saturday, February 27, 2021 - Somewhat complex, but not really that complex... it has that elegant twist, avant-garde, & need an hour and half decanting time.

Initially Maple syrup & strawberries, Mocha & then a lot of plum , toasted coconut, pepper spicy, sweet cloves & a long finish of tobacco & green cooking herbs (oregano & tarragon perhaps) ...
Delicious flowing acid & a beautiful aroma.

I loved the clean finish and light weightless palate, such a joy when Syrah palate is light & crisp.

If the alcohol note is better controlled, this wine will be perfect . Sante !!!! Another wonderful Blewitt Spring .
